Welcome to another Wellness Wednesday! ???? Today's discussion is about Why diets aren't sustainable and if dieting is a good way to lose weight. We discussed the characteristics of a diet, what a diet is, the definition of Living a healthy lifestyle and what characteristics are associated with living a health lifestyle.

I have been on many diets before finding out why it is ineffective and damaging to your body. Many of us have been on a weight loss journey trying to lose weight fast by going on a diet and have been harming our bodies along the way and getting the opposite effect than what they were hoping to achieve. Have any of you been on a diet before? If so, which diet(s) have you tried?


I decided to do some research to see if dieting is a good way to lose weight and to see if dieting is necessary for weight loss. After all the things I have tried, I feel eating healthy is the best way to go. So, stop dieting and eat healthy instead because dieting is really not necessary for weight loss and it is most certainly not worth doing.


By no means am I an expert (yet), but I just like to use my experience and knowledge to help educate other people. If anyone has anything to add to our discussion today, please feel free to leave comment below.
