Your weight loss plan should have three basic components: exercise, a liquid meal plan and balanced nutrition.

The second part of your weight loss plan is your liquid meal plan. The goal here is to drink a protein shake or eat a protein bar before each meal. By having a liquid meal beforehand, you prevent yourself from overeating and from making poor food choices.

The third part is nutrition. It's very important for you to maintain regular meals if you want to lose weight.
It's okay to eat something less healthy one day as long as this doesn't become the norm.
Try to make healthy choices at least six times per week and maintain an exercise routine at least four times per week.
