✨ Ingredients: ✨

For the Corn Mixture -
1 Cup Fresh Sweet Corn Puree
1/2 Cup corn Flour (makki aata)
1/4 Cup corn starch
1 TSP baking powder,
1 TBSP olive oil
Salt + chilly powder+ oregano as per taste

For filling -
Grated low fat paneer/tofu
Refried Beans
Roasted Cumin + Chilly powder

✨ Instructions: ✨
Mix all the ingredients for corn mixture into a spreadable consistency.
Spread it evenly on corn husk.
Stuff it with Paneer + refried beans
Make neat parcels as shown in video.
Secure and steam the parcels for 20-25 mins depending on the thickness.
Serve with homemade hot chilli sauce
